President, WISTA the Netherlands; Managing Director, Sea Ranger Service

Pure coincidence led to the start of my career on a Belgian shipyard 24 years ago. I’ve loved the international maritime industry ever since. By closing contracts and executing projects for almost any type of inland and oceangoing vessel in over 60 countries, I’ve built up my technical and commercial project knowledge over the years. I am currently working as Managing Director for the Sea Ranger Service, a social enterprise offering zero-emission solutions to deliver offshore services. Working with purpose-built offshore sailing work vessels and offering young adults a learning/working experience via a unique method, the Sea Ranger Service aims to be at the forefront of pioneering clean solutions to build a sustainable blue economy. I strongly believe in diversity and am proud to have been appointed as President of WISTA The Netherlands. This role enables me to positively contribute to the careers of women in our industry.
