Beata Bac joined Shell in 2009. In her current role, she is responsible for sourcing and contracting strategy and SRM to address business needs across Royal Dutch Shell. Over her 24-year career she has held various supply chain and contracting & procurement roles at Shell Downstream and Upstream and at AP Moller-Maersk which span from operations to strategy at the local, regional and global level. Bac has a Master’s degree in transportation and logistics and a Bachelor’s degree in freight forwarding from Gdansk University. She holds diplomas as European senior logistician at the senior management level from the European Logistics Association & European Certification Board for Logistics as well as a professional diploma in logistics and transport from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport UK.
